"The person taking my information over the phone couldn't answer my specific questions and was very nonchalant. We got disconnected. I don't think it was anyone's fault. So when I called back, I asked for the pharmacist. she was incredibly rude then she blamed me for hanging up on the receptionist. She was extremely condescending. Then, she hung up on me!! LOL I have no words. the misinformation, gaslighting and hypocrisy of it all. I do not have the time to search for whatever oz of professionalism she may have left. I could not bring myself to treat someone the way that she treated me."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I would have to be dying before I ever chose to use a CVS pharmacy again. You make an appointment for a specific time you show up five minutes early and after sitting for 30 minutes, they tell you sorry, we’re busy today it’s gonna be longer. I would recommend using a small local pharmacy instead of a big box pharmacy any day of the week."
