"Security Officer on duty on 07/02 was observed committing several safety violations. He sat watching movies on his phone and occasionally taking calls with his ear buds in his ears. My family and I observed him targeting a Pakistan Family arguing, then we witnessed him addressing a Black Family in a rude and obnoxious manner, once they walked away he then made fun of them. Whatever Security Services that’s Siena is utilizing is for certain these guys are unprofessional, well atleast the security officer on duty."

"Loved the extra large pool and separate kiddie pool for the younger ones. I wish there was shade over a part of the pool though since it was so sunny and hot. Also wished there were deeper areas to swim"
