"These guys are 100% the best!! This is the first Google review I have ever written, and I am only doing so because it made me so sad to read that poor reviews. I can only assume that the bad reviews are due to people having bad luck with equipment or something unrelated to the individuals at G & S because Todd has always been immediately responsive with any random issues that have come up, and the bi-weekly maintenance has been superb. I don't know why anyone would complain about this company, and I hope anyone reading this will ignore those haters' reviews!"

"They seem to make a great deal of money by constantly servicing and/or replacing the junk equipment that they install. I have now replaced three of their pool pumps within the past five years. I've finally given up on their $100 house calls and gone to someone else."

"I had my pool in terrible conditon with algie, and the water looked black, my pump was bad, and so was the filter tank. I called "high tide pool service" from kyle, who gave me a ridiculous quote and said it would take two peolple to do the job. G&S came over gave me an honest quote which was 1,200 less than what high tide pool service said, and it only took one person and two hours to finish the whole job. My pool is in tip top shape now, and they do a great service to keep my pool that way. Todd is awesome, and he will try to save you money. If you live in the Buda tx area G&S is the pool service for you."

"We have been pleased with their services. Our service person alerted us to a leak from our pump. They advised us to contact our Home Warranty company to get it repaired. I had completely forgotten about our policy. So grateful they helped save money on the repair."

"**WARNING** HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Todd is total rip job. He only serviced our pool for 1 month and everything that could go wrong-went wrong. The tech didn't show up for our first scheduled service. Todd didn't communicate to the tech that we were using our own chemicals (which we made very clear to him on the phone, in person and via email on numerous occasions). They never would leave a door hanger to communicate what services had been done and what chems were used , which every pool company we have ever used in the past have done this. And the icing on the cake was our first month bill for $480!!!!!! When it should have only been $175! The charges were ludicrous. They charged us for OUR chems that they used, additional chems that we didn't agree to use, a new bag for our Polaris Cleaner that WE bought and put on ourselves. When we confronted them about the asinine upcharges, Todd wouldn't even deal with me- he would only communicate through his office chick to deal with us. Seriously?! When I told them that I refuse to pay outside of the charges that we originally agreed too, they told me that they could no longer service our pool. Todd is such a con-man. Really, our whole experience with them was terrible. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I've already warned my neighbors about our experience- hopefully you'll read this review before you make the same mistake we did!"
