( which says they do great work) The new plaster company did a more than unsatisfactory job. Austin Pool plaster then had to repair their competitors work because it was so bad. "Austin Pool Plastering has worked on several of my jobs this year from new builds to remodels. The crews are on time and professional. They take the time to do preparation for each job and leave the job site cleaner than they found it. We use NPT plaster products and each job is unique. Any concerns from homeowners are always addressed in a timely manner and resolved to the homeowners satisfaction. Eric is always available for questions and/or concerns and responds to me in a timely manner. He has gone out of his way on a few of my jobs to help me resolve issues that were not related to plaster. His knowledge in the pool construction area it top level. He has also done some custom colors for homeowners when the NPT mixes weren't quite right for them."
