Baird Pools

"We've used Baird Pools for service and repairs for many years now. They've been prompt, knowledgable, kind, and thorough on every visit. They're also fantastic communicators and have never left us hanging. Last month's freeze took our nearly new pump offline. We originally thought it was the pump itself but the Baird team came out and determined it was actually the electrical line. Sure enough, a master electrician finally determined that that the line was poorly/dangerously DIY-installed by the previous homeowner and was regularly flooding/tripping the breaker. Eventually a new line was run and we could finally be sure that electricity was safely getting to the pump. So it was time to get Baird team back out to help get the pool cleaned and back in good shape after the pump being out of commission for nearly a month. However, at the first cleaning, the tech determined that the pump had lost prime. Nothing he tried worked so he helped me set up a repair visit. As part of the original cleaning service, Alex came out to do the followup but when he realized the pump was still offline, he arranged with the office to delay the 2nd cleaning visit until the pump could be re-primed and was up and running again. Really appreciate Alex's thoughtfulness and willingness to help get things lined up and rescheduled."

"I had a valve and some pipes crack during the last freeze and I had been troubleshooting with no luck an issue with a lot of air getting into the system on our pool. I went ahead and requested Baird Pools to come and repair and troubleshoot. Mason showed up shortly after letting me know he was on the way. Showed him all my issues and immediately he shared his thoughts very clear and professionally on what he was going do to troubleshoot and fix. I left him to it and in about 30 minutes he had replaced the busted valve and pipes. Then in another 30 minutes he called me back out and explained what he had done to repair my air in system issues. Mason was awesome. Very professional, explained everything very clearly, easy to talk to, and obviously very knowledgeable and efficient.
