"Online phone number same as company, no service, doesn’t work, does not reply to messages, no contact available—your warranty you paid for gets you nothing. For those of you building or considering building a pool using Anthony Sylvan, this is the warranty provider assigned. Consider yourselves warned. Zero stars."

"I purchased a heater from this company four years ago and I reached out to Jennifer over a month ago and have left four messages. Jennifer was quick to return my first phone call but when she realized there was an issue with negligent installation of a pool heater, she avoided all contact and never made an attempt to make it right. This company is not reputable and does not stand behind their work. I have had two separate pool companies tell me that the heater was installed improperly causing the heater to fail internally and become inoperable. A pool heater should last 15-20 years and this heater was used 3 times. Beware."

"Worst company. Giving them one star is too generous. Tech is extremely rude and never does his job correctly. Takes personal phone calls and yells over phone while working on my pool! Extremely unprofessional. And that is even if you can get them to come out! Never again will I do business with this company."

"Yes , zero star should be the rating, one star is being generous. I have been trying to get them to fix the pool for the last two months. Tech's never show up when scheduled and I have to constantly call to see if they're coming and usually they don't show or they'll show a week later for 5 minutes and start working on something then leave and don't come back for another week, initially they said there's a problem with a valve that needs replacing Then after all the hustle they claimed they fixed the vat but then apparently their diagnosis wasn't correct because that didn't fix the problem so they said the booster pump needs work and re plumbing issues so after several call they claimed they fixed it , then the heat wasn't working and they claimed it needs an actuator valve and they installed it but the heat still doesn't work. When the tech came to install the actuator the water in the spa started getting lower and lower and eventually was empty. I called the company and Jen told me the biggest scam I have heard in a long time, she said the tech had to manually empty the water from the spa in to the pool because the water level in the pool was low!!!! Have anyone heard that joke before??? She took me for an idiot and was giving me whatever unrealistic answers that came to her mind. I hired a different company and they came in and guess what ??? Yes as expected, the booster pump is leaking and not seated properly, the valve isn't installed properly, spa suction is open that's why the water is leaking and diminishing from the spa and the heat doesn't work. I called the company, no answer then I emailed and requested a refund and yes as expected they refused, Jen said our warranty covers the technician to come back and fix the problem and will remove the actuator valve that they claim they fix if I don't want to pay the final invoice of $295. Can you believe this ??? Would you want a company like this working on your pool ?? Would you want to be a victim of such a scam?? Do you want to waste your time , money and energy chasing after a proper service and or a refund. Do you want to be treated like an idiot where they give you unrealistic excuses?? You have been warned!!! Stay away from this fraudulent company."
