"Updated: I notice the owners dishonest response. That I was not their customer. So here is a copy of the invoice. Note the brand on the motor and invoice.****Original Post **** They lied on their invoice on motor brand, replaced the hayward motor with an off brand, gouged on the motor price, and left my plumbing leaking. $250 labor to replace a motor, at worst an hour job. It is so hard to find honest tradesman these days. Keep looking."

"We’ve had 3 small separate issues and Will has always taken great care of our equipment to fix us up! He has gone as far as came out on a saturday and even squeezed us into his busy schedule last-minute to help get us back up and running. Clear Water Pool Repairs’ communication of a phone call combined with a text is easy and clear, and their quality of work is noteworthy. "Recently, Clear Water Pools was called to inspect a pool heater at our home by the manufacturer as possible warranty issue. The tech who arrived was discourteous and disrespectful at best. I tried to explain the situation however he discounted me and any questions I had. I do realize he was hired by the manufacturer so perhaps a bit biased from the start, however, the purpose of him coming was to deliver an unbiased accounting of the cause hater malfunction. He basically accused me of tampering with the unit because of missing screws (perhaps he "lost" them on purpose - who knows?) and left a mess for me to clean up that considered of dirty water all over the side yard and around existing pool equipment. Needless to say, I didn't get the warranty work as a result of his inspection. He thought the problem was from water leaking from a valley in our roof even though we have had a pool heater by same manufacturer in the very spot for five years (the one he was inspecting was put in after Harvey flooding). In complete transparency, I probably lost my nice factor in the last five minutes though by comparison to him I was more like Mary Poppins at my worst. Given my experience I would never recommend this company as they proved themselves unprofessional and rude. I implore you to think twice before hiring Clear Water Pool Repair."
