"We had a furnace die during the cold snap this winter and working with Riley has been great. They were able to get someone out same-day when all the other local companies were 2-3 day waitlists. They were able to get the 22-year old furnace sputtering back for the day, and then helped us pick a good replacement option. We chose to upgrade to a dual heat pump/furnace system. Mike K came out within a week and had a new furnace installed and working great same-day, and we’re getting the heat pump installed today. They also gave us a 0% apr/36month financing option which is obviously great at a time when savings accounts are actually paying interest. Overall very satisfied with the efficient and professional work from their team."
"We had a challenging issue with our furnace and after calling Riley to diagnose the problem the same day. We had several option to replace parts and extend the life or replace our unit with a new high efficiency system. We decided to replace our unit and had our new unit installed in a few days.
