"I took my car in here because it has been running rough and shaking constantly lately. I had a 150 union mechanic take a quick look at it to find out what was wrong. We can down to the engine mounts being cracked. The engine was rotating backwards when I put it in drive. So I decided to come here to this shop and was told the abs sensor (which wasn’t on by the way) was blocking the engine code misfire from coming up. That’s why it couldn’t be scanned before. So they said I need to replace a whole slew of things because of this misfire or ignition coils. After everything they told me they failed to mention anything about the engine mounts being cracked and didn’t find that my engine was shifting when you put it in drive."

"My check engine light went on my Range Rover I just didn’t want to have to be playing a guessing game of the possibility it just being a gas cap issue. And taking it to the dealership just takes to long to get into. I took it In right away to Hagen’s and they found the issue. Repaired it , advised plugs needed to be changed as well and it’s runs like a Champ. I have taken my vehicles to Mark Hagen for years . Hagen’s you guys are awesome thank you so much!!"

"Bill at the desk is thorough and always follows through as needed and the repairs always are done on time. Hagen’s prices are fair. I’ll continue to bring my car and truck to Hagen’s for repairs and maintenance. Their mechanics are top of the line and their warranty on their work is good."

"Normally I wouldn't leave a review . But I absolutely have to . I am down here on a job and my 550 flat bed needed a oil change. I had gone to multiple places and every single place said they wouldn't touch it or didn't have the oil for the truck . I called Hagen just as a last shot and they were able to get the truck in fast and get me right out quick . Absolutely great group of people working there and I cannot thank them enough for getting me in and getting my truck serviced while I am working out of state . Thank you guys so much ."

"AVOID!! Give your $$ to a better business then this. Called to 9/11 to get a quote and schedule an appointment for an oil pressure switch. Was told there was open availability scheduled for 9/13 @ 9am. Not only did they not have the part for the I scheduled the service, The Front desk attendant said I couldn’t expect or be guaranteed to have my vehicle back by end of day. He then raised his voice towards me saying he wouldn’t take the job if I expected to have my truck back by the end of the day. I work as a flight attendant, I’m scheduled to be out of the country. I don’t think that it’s unreasonable that a two hour job should be completed by end of business when I scheduled the service two days prior and arrived at my schedule appointment time at 9 AM. In conclusion, I would avoid this business and in area rich with other options I would say pass here and find another business to patron."
