I was quoted a good price and the men that came to do the installation did a great job. My father was here during the installation, and he was most impressed with their work, work ethic and professionalism. I was impressed with them as well. Some adjustments were made after the installation a couple of days later, but so far, everything is working great. Thanks so much Polar Heating for putting heat back in my house! "I called because I needed my radiators inspected before the cold weather sets in and I have to turn the heat on. I was given an appointment 3 weeks out with a 3-hour window for the technician to show up. Yesterday was the scheduled appointment and was the first truly cold day we've had since fall started. About an hour and a half after the window opened, my husband called and was told that the technician would get to us soon. At the end of the 3-hour window, my husband called again and was told that the technician had been on a job that took longer than expected, but that he was on his way. After another hour, my husband called again and no one answered. The technician never showed up and I never got a call explaining why. We had to use space heaters just to get the house to an above freezing temperature. After receiving no call this morning, I called the company and was told that one technician thought another technician was going to do the job. I was told I could reschedule another appointment with a $20 discount in the price for the inconvenience. It was more than an "inconvenience" to me and my family as we struggled to stay warm and worried about the pipes in the home. I have lost all trust in the ability of the company to follow through even if another appointment was scheduled and have now looked elsewhere for service."
