"There is a rep. named Eric who has been right about everything regarding my pool. I'm servicing it myself and have no experience. He has guided me every step of the way and it has served me well."

"Store recently under new management and based on prior reviews this has not solved any issues. Dropped my pool cleaner off to be looked at 3 weeks ago and was told that they could look at it within the week and let me know whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Called weekly and was told ‘we’re getting to it, we’ll let you know.’ Never happened. Stopped by today while running errands and it STILL had not been looked at. Told them to just give it to me and that I was DONE with their store. I will take my business elsewhere that has no affiliation with Leslie’s. Sad too- I have spent well over $5K there on salt, chemicals, cleaners, pumps, and chlorinators over the last 10 years. Their loss. If I could give them a tenth of a star I would."

"Most of the time I go in there, the employees act like helping you is a chore they’re really not interested in, and I’ve gotten some really inaccurate advice on pool chemistry several times. With prices as high as theirs, you’d think that corporate could afford to get some people in there that know what they’re doing, and aren’t so put out to assist their customers."

"Costumer service at this location is really bad. Yesterday around 3 pm I went to buy two filter grids and the lady said I have to buy the full set because she can't open a new box just for two. So I went to another Leslie's and they were happy to help me out with no questions. I will never go back to this place again"

"I brought my Dolphin pool cleaner in for repair and was told they could look at it in a week, turned into 2 weeks, then determined the power supply needed to be replaced after confusion if it even got looked at. 5 weeks later the power supply was never ordered. During this time when I called no one answers the phone, day after day of calling. I had to go in in person to get an answer and update. I was never called, I had to call and follow up the whole time. Scott had a lot of talk and no action. Brittany the store manager was always out. No sense of urgency. Very bad customer service.I finally just went and pick my unit back up after sitting around for 6 weeks wasting time. This store needs new management and training."
