"British swim school cares about money more than teaching kids how to swim, they keep charging me for extra classes and I have to call them back for a refund. Keep an eye on your accounts Now for the learning part, after 4 months and tons of money my daughter cannot even float. Summer is over and she didnt learn how to swim. I give the one star for the Adult swimming program, that was better than the kids A total waste of money Update: they refused to reschedule my daughter class that she missed once they said the class was on my name so they considered it missed already! And they took 4 days to tell me that after their manager approval !!"

"My two nieces have been going to different locations with British swim school for a while. This new location of theirs is less busier, so sometimes I drop the kids over here. Whenever I brought them over, they were always excited to go and always had fun with the instruc. The instructors are the best. Professional, friendly, experienced. They are very good with kids. My nieces have made great progress. Our whole family is very satisfied."
