"The design experience and prices/value were comparable to most others. The installation took twice as long as the "worst case" schedule. Some issues with light fixtures failing, but they did replace them. Sod installation was poor, full of uneven ground. The "SunDek" coating failed and began to flake and peel while still under warranty, they replaced and corrected half of it under warranty but left the other half to continue to fail. While waiting the warranty expired and now they refuse to fix it. In addressing the inaccurate response, the pool construction was completed in January of 19. So the warranty certainly did not expire then. This first issue began in 2021 and I notified Robertson at that time, October of 21. I have emails documenting this time frame. Then half of it was repaired, leaving the other half still failing, still under warranty but just ignored. It is inaccurate to say "fall of 2023" as incorrectly noted below. It's taken until now winter of 2024 to have it acknowledged, since I've posted it publicly finally. Additionally, Robertson offered once to correct their error, and I was not even given a cost to even consider. Not "on many occasions"."

"Exceptional job and nice, good natured people. Robertson Pools managed to make a big remodeling project feel like a sit back and relax kind of experience. Well planned, organized and executed. I think the key to their success is the kind of people they hire. Paul was very knowledgeable, fun to deal with, and extremely helpful in the decision making department. The demolition team was very fast, efficient, came up with a much better idea where to put the old stones that I wanted to keep, and cleaned all the mess really well before leaving. The coping and tile team was again very fast and efficient, convinced me to go with a much better design for my spa waterfall, and again very respectful to the property. The plaster team-same story plus a free concert when the whole team was singing a song together:) And special thanks to Leo, their cleaning guy, who discovered the root ( turns out literally;)of my drainage problem under the pool decking. The whole remodeling was done in less than three weeks under Nick’s supervision, who was very professional, clear in his instructions, patient with me and my questions, always on site after each step of completion for quality check, and easy to reach. It wasn’t in Nick’s job description or part of the project to help me take out those impossible to take out drain covers, but he did it, just because that’s the kind of person he is. Good people, good job, good result. We absolutely love our newly remodeled pool and we would definitely recommend this company."

"When building our pool I only considered bigger more well known companies even if they cost more to make sure we got the job done right. Unfortunately, even though I did this I am very displeased with Robertson today. Construction was an awful process. From the start of construction to the finish of the punch list it took 11-12 months. At one point in the process I called them because I hadn't seen them in so long and the lady on the phone admitted they forgot about me. During construction they messed up my driveway and refused to replace the damaged section. Even though we had these issues I didn't take the time to leave this review because we were just happy to finally have our pool done. What put me over the edge is that my waterline tiles began to fall off right after the 1 year mark of the pool completion. When I called Robertson to have them fix the problem, they told me it's only warranty it for a year and it would be no less than $750 to fix the handful of tiles that fell out. Even though I thought the price was ridiculous to fix some small tiles I decided to pay it so it would be done right and thought the tile problem was just a fluke. 5 months later I have had several more tiles continue to fall out. Their workmanship is obviously shotty and now I have to figure out what to do about my tile line that is slowly falling apart. Please keep in mind this pool isn't 20 years old, it's brand new. I definitely recommend you sign a pool contract with someone else."

"My wife and I hired Robertson Pools to design and build our new swimming pool, and we could not be happier! We work with Dave Campbell and his team, and they were extremely detail oriented, cost conscious, and informative throughout the process. Like any construction project, we faced obstacles along the way, but Dave and his team communicated with us and addressed problems as they came up. At the end of the day, we love our new pool!!"

"I just wanted to say how very much I appreciate our new Robertson Pools service person, Brad. He is conscientious, professional and thorough, and I appreciate that he takes the extra few seconds with each week’s service to personalize his service notes/door hanger with each visit, instead of just checking the boxes and moving on. I also appreciate him noticing things that are not working and reporting those directly to Robertson’s as well as to me. Robertson’s has been providing our weekly service since they built and installed our pool – while we’ve had plenty of reliable pool techs over that time, this is the first time that I’ve felt inclined to write about one, as he truly puts the “service” into your customer service and is an excellent representative of your company. He’s a keeper, for sure!!"
