"Only want to say.. wow.. on the customer service.. Jackson and all the others have been so very helpful to my husband and I.. we grew up with pools.. but with all the technology and fancy stuff now it’s a bit confusing to me .. these guys are so patient with me and I’m probably sure they laugh but when you have a new pool in all those fancy stuff, I’m sure they understand… every time I go in to this store.. always someone says hi … if I could give 10 stars We would… Blessings and love to our pool experts… God Bless.. "Not one to complain but if I can save someone the headache of dealing with rude or high prices. Came in to find a plastic part. Employee tells me it's $45. I politely declined & apologize for wasting his time then he proceeds to tell me I'll find it online for $37. I leave get on Amazon & find 2 of them for $12. Price gouging should be illegal."
"Probably a great place if you have a large in ground pool. We have a small above ground pool and I basically have felt they aren't really invested in my business. Not only do they not really carry the right supplies for it but they aren't that helpful in resolving my issues with it. I can find supplies at Walmart or Target or Academy, but it would be nice to find solutions."
