Not only was I able to reach out to them and answering on a Saturday, but I was able to explain my frustration to the owner who was very down to Earth and understanding. He advised me that if I was able to get the city permit transferred to their company they would start right-a-way and let me tell you, they showed up days, not months later, and started the project.
