The pricing was very fair and he left the replaced parts with me. Go to the best and forget the rest."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were very nice and professional. They came into my home and quickly assessed what needed to be fixed in my refrigerator and freezer and repaired it in a timely manner. While they were in my home they noticed that my air conditioning unit was down because it was 94° outside that day and very hot in my house. They felt bad for me and offered to look at it. They noticed it had been hit by lightning in the previous days storm. They went and got the part I needed and replaced it and reattach the wires that had been burned off by the lightning. Now both my refrigerator and my house are cold thanks to Central appliance. Excellent service."

"Didn't wear a mask per state order or my example on either the first appointment or the follow-up.(-1 star) Otherwise, the appointment was pleasant and easy to set without wait time, and after parts arrived, the repair was completed quickly. It was more expensive than I anticipated, I should have asked ahead of time for an estimate on the entire cost, including labor, but it also wasn'toffered. (-1star)"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE - came out 1-14-2020 for our water heater keeps turning off and not keeping up with hot water in our facets and shower. Brought from them 3 1/2 years ago. Andy from Central said it wasn't the water heater probably something in the pipes call a plumber. Called in a plumber not the pipes. Called Central back 1-16-20 and was told Andy would call us back. Never called, left messages on voice mail many times. Finally got a hold of Cindy 1-21-20. Told us they don't know if part is covered under warranty. I had to send them model and serial number. You would think they would have it since we bought the water heater from them. Andy still would not call us back. I just want the part I don't care at this point if it's under warranty or not. Cindy told us we are not the only ones waiting on Andy. Then my husband called back and told Cindy he called AO Smith 1-23-20 since we have no hot water and they are sending the part out free of charge. Asked Cindy from Central when they could put it in. Cindy said don't know when we can get out there and there will be another service call charged to us. My husband told Cindy to forget it. He's tired of doing their leg work and he's not paying another service charge again since we paid $147.09 and nothing was done on the first service charge. We are without hot water. Got the part overnight and Rasmussen Plumbing will be at my house within 2 hours. NEVER go to Central Appliance Service - i don't know what happened to them but no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all"

"My whirlpool microwave failed after ten years of service. Andy of Central Appliance replaced the magnetron and also cleaned it up a bit and replaced some interior paint that had peeled. He also gave me a military discount. He charged a fair price and did quality work. I would definitely recommend Central Appliance and would use them again."
