"My review is based on making use of this company 4 times in the last four years. Chad is professional and prompt explains the costs up front before work is completed and update constantly with their finding during the process. Pricing is fair, I have had several emergencies and he was on par with the expected cost. There are serval fake reviews here based on a vigilante action by a few bored housewives in Libertyville who have never even used the business. Definitely consider CUPCO for your needs"

"I am so delighted to share my experience with Cupco plumbing! I saw positive reviews on Facebook for Cupco and decided to give them a call. I explained that our garbage disposal stopped working and I asked if someone would be available to come take a look. To my surprise, Chad, the gentleman who answered the call, walked me through a trouble shooting process and helped me reset and clear the jam in the disposal… all this in a 5-7 min phone call!!! "I had this company out at the end of Jan 2022. I had some sewage back up in the basement and needed the sewer line cleaned. We’ve lived here for 9 years and only needed this service once before (no changes in # of people in household or behavior). 5 months later and the problem occurs again. Very unusual to have this happen 5 months later if they did a good job. I called them to see if they were willing to rectify the issue and they are not. “They do not warranty their service”. It cost me over $1000 for an after hours call, and the guy who did it didn’t clean up the basement area that well either. I had to go behind him. Don’t use them!"

"No one wants a plumbing emergency. But, if you are in that situation- Cupco is the plumber to call. My floor drain was backed up. I did all I could do to try to resolve the issue without any progress. I called Cupco on a Saturday morning, and described the issue. Within an hour, a professional, well equipped, experiwnced, personable plumber was at my residence. He Rodded out the pipe, clearing a clog 45' in the outside main line. The issue was completely resolved in a couple hours, at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend."
