"I made an appointment through calling, after coming on time they said they don’t have an appointment on their system. After showing them proof, they accepted my car. It took them 2 hours to just change the oil and wheel alignment. They hired good salesmen and poor customer service representatives. Definitely, one of the worst experience!!!"

"Update: they put the wrong oil in my car. Guess the service techs can't read an oil cap. Watched a video on YouTube where a guys engine blew up. This was the reason why. My engine will probably have problems in the future because of their incompetence. Following up tomorrow with them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Told them I was bringing my car in for the free oil change they said that was fine. Told them the miles on my car and they said bring it in. Then when I brought it in they denied it. Wasted time, money and gas. If you look up when you should get your first oil change a lot of sources say between 500-1000 miles for your first oil change. Wish they would have told me all that before I drove 35 minutes to get there."

"So I ordered some parts to have installed on 2022 Hyundai Elantra N. I set up the install with Kevin Langton shortly afterwards. His professionalism AND promptness put my mind at ease, also the honesty about the install time, I REALLY appreciated this, no "stealership" here! So today was the day for the install and I was pleasantly greated by the SA, Fernando Hidalgo and they got right to work on my car. I felt even better knowing the master tech, Kevin, was doing the work. It was completed ontime and I was on my way. A side note they tried to a recall job at the same time but spotted a defective part, good eye guys! I was told I'd know tomorrow when the parts were coming in, once again professionalism! I'm looking forward to my next visit at Hyundai of Palatine!"

"Worst service center ever. I visited 4 times for fix my bluelink. 10am, 3pm, 5pm, 4pm. But they said no body there to fix bluelink. Pleas do not wasting your time and find other location to fix your car. I’m so mad."

"Jason was amazing he knew exactly what I wanted and wasted no time getting me the car at the price I wanted. I ended up getting a 2022 Sonata Limited. He showed me all the features and we test drove it near the lot, the buying process was very smooth all I had to do was wait on them to prep it and bring it around (remove all wrapping and stickers as this is a brand new car) he even made sure I got in in the color that I wanted, I will be going back to add another vehicle for my Turo fleet"
