il change and brake inspection. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, getting my car in and out in a timely manner. The technician, Ali, was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. The pricing was fair and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Midas in Palatine for all your car repair needs.

"Amazingly slow service. I came in for an oil change, and it took close 2 hours....A service like this should take 20-30 min max... Also, the water fountain does not work, the soda the machine is completely empty, and they have no coffee. Their prices are absolutely no cheaper than anywhere else, yet their services are many times slower. I will not be coming here again."

"Been coming here for years and they always get their service done fast and super friendly, replaced my headlight very quickly today and had me out in less than an hour, Ali was amazing and extremely helpful today. "I’m assuming that’s the girl that got kicked out of there for being disrespectful and aggressive and demanding.. I was getting my car serviced there at the same time that event took place and I thought It was very childish of her on how she was acting but anyways I just wanna give a review on my experience at Midas.. I just moved to the area and my mechanic I had for years is just to far from me now and I went on google and it pulled up this location and I’m so glad I got my car serviced here.. All the mechanics there and esp Sal I believe he’s the manager and runs the place but they where so helpful and caring.. They made me feel at home and took me step by step on what was needed for the car.. The customer service was actually very refreshing and just for that I’ll be back!
