"They were suppose fix my Samsung VRT He front load washer machine. The technician from JD Services came in my house looked at the washer, pushed a couple buttons. Then said it needs a belt. Charged me $167 for a diagnosis charge. I said you didn't fix anything, the technician then called his boss from JD Services whom told me he was going order a belt for my washer. Then the technician left my property. Two days later the JD Services owner called me saying they needed to do another diagnostic check on my washer. Saying my washer doesn't have a belt. I questioned why wasn't this diagnosed the first time. He had no answer. But did say there would be another charge for next visit. Needlessly say I cancelled their services for the second diagnosis visit. This company is a SCAM, stay away from them. This is a warning of a poor service company."

"This company is a SCAM. They charged me $110 in advance to setup an appointment. A guy showed up in an ordinary car without any tools, glanced at my washing machine without even touching it or testing it and then left telling me that somebody will call back. He stayed for just 4 minutes and did not do anything to check what’s wrong with the machine. He refused to give me any business card. When I called again the company to complain about it, they denied even talking to me. I checked their business address and found out that is the pizza shop (Rosati’s Pizza) where I always buy my pizza. They have a BOGUS business and address. I am now trying to get my credit card company to invalidate the charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will lose your money."

"PEOPLE, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. This place has all negative reviews for a reason. They are dishonest, lying thieves. They took my money and didn't even repair my dishwasher. The told me to pay for a part that my dishwasher needed to get fixed. I believe it was the panel. So I paid and scheduled for him to come back and fix it when the part comes in. I called for a month straight and only had to deal with the very RUDE RECEPTIONIST who answers the phone to keep telling me that they have no idea when the part will come in. I finally just gave up and got a new dishwasher from Best buy. So I called to try and get my money back for a part I never benefited from. I was told I can get my money back but I had to speak to a manager first. Coincidentally the manager was never in according to the very RUDE RECEPTIONIST. So I never got my money back because I couldn't keep calling to deal with that disgusting human being that answers the phone. I'm telling you guys, listen to the reviews people, I wish I did."

"Terrible. I called in the morning, got a late afternoon appointment. The tech called to tell me he was running late and would be later. I called him when he didn't show, "I'm in your neighborhood, right around the corner, but my car broke down. I'll call you right back" I got in my car, he was nowhere to be found. He lied, wasn't in the nieghborhood and didn't call back. Two calls to their dispatch, nothing was gained. Twice promised by dispatch they would call back. Still waiting... They were quick to take my $55 deposit for them to come. They have yet to refund it to my credit card. If you are thinking about it - don't do it!"

"Called on Monday and made an appointment for a repairman to come out Tuesday between 9-12. Repair man never showed up and received no response after 2 phone calls. The voice mail stated that our call would be returned within 5 minutes. Well, it's been 3 days and we haven't heard a word. Don't waste your time."
