"This is the worst place ever. They are super slow and take very longggggggggg to do a simple thing. All I need is my tires to be checked but I have to wait over 2 hours. I hate this place and the workers are very slow irritating ugh"

"Do yourself a favor and stay away. Like others, I got a cheap set of tires here. Bought the lifetime rotation and balance package. This is where the not so fun begins. I was told I would have to make an online appointment for this service to be done. When I tried to, guess what- no option to do this online You can only book oil changes online. Go back to the store and another guy tells me it's first come first serve, and you will have to wait if there are scheduled oil changes. Told it would be 4-6 hours before they get to me. I come back the next day right when they open and am asked if I have an appointment. Ugh, had to explain to another guy what I want. They look me up and there is no history of me purchasing the balance/rotation . I had my receipt with me and was taken care of. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for. I would hate to have to work here based on Walmart corporate and their policies. The employees tried to do the best they can with the ridiculous system that Walmart has created, but I'll never buy tires here again."

"My oil change appointment was at noon and there was no one at the counter for over 10 minutes. I see a mechanic walking into employee room, so I come to the door to get his attention. At the very same time the so called front desk guy is on the other side of the door and gets aggressive and abusive with his words like I committed a crime. Hard to believe in today's world you have such person in front side. In the past he was rude and just stands around while others work. This time I had enough of this punk and brought the issue up with the service manager. This has been my Walmart for the past 20 years and this place has turned into a ghetto."

"I tried to get my oil changed here 3 times and it never happened. The first time, I was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. The second time, I arrived at 10:30am and was told they were not taking any customers until after their lunch break, around 1:45-2. I returned just after 2 and was told they were not taking any more customers for the day. It wouldn't have been half as frustrating if they didn't have a sign outside every time I went that said "no waiting - get your oil changed now". False advertising at it's finest."
