"We have been using Purselley Pools since mid summer of 2022 when our former pool service proved unable to control algae blooms. We have been very impressed by the clarity of the water since they installed a DE filter and by the customer service. If there is an issue I text our customer service contact and she responds early the same day, even on weekends. Maintenance and repair issues that have arisen have almost always been addressed by experienced men the very next day. I also appreciate that when they quote the price of replacing worn out equipment they quote the final price, not a lower price that does not yet include taxes and/or labor. They also take care of minor hose, tubing, and plumbing issues for free while working on larger pool projects for us. In our experience so far, Purselley Pools has been highly efficient, professional, and trustworthy. 10/23 Update: Our large 17 year old pool has always been considered a difficult pool to manage by other pool companies, and algae has always gotten out of control at times during each previous summer, sometimes very badly so. We have had no algae issues since going with Purselley 15 months ago."
