"Trucks and trailers are illegally parked on the street everyday causing issues for cars and trucks t o get through. Cant get through to talk to someone on the phone. They have been asked to move there illegally parked trucks constantly and when they do move em they just show up on the street later that day or the next day. They know what there doing is illegal and are choosing to make it everyone elses problem."
