"I had called Sherman to look at my water boiler heater and they charged a level 4 and when I asked the service manager Gail what is a level 4 and what does it consist of and the cost of level 4. She stated she has to look in the book to see what level 4 cost is. Seriuosly, your a manager and don't know this working so many years doing this job by now. The description emailed was what the tech performed and not a break down of the time or labor cost. Gail laughed and said it's a level 4. I found that to be rude because I was asking for a clarification of charges. Todd the service guy was professional and polite. Gail needs to learn her levels and how to approach a customer and not laugh when having a question about the charges. There should be no reason charges are not broken down for a customer to see. I will be from now on getting service elsewhere because of Gail's approach and laughing matter towards me. Sad because every owner of my home has had service completed by this company and now because of Gail, just lost a customer. Please do not sign anything until you get a break of what you are being charged! In addition, I had them out to my home a couple of times prior and never was charged this kind of money. I didn't even have anything replaced or a new part put in. It was misdiagnosed at first and luckily Todd did a double check and found the issue and fixed it."

"I have used Sherman multiple times and had thought that they did a good job for a decent price. In the last 6 months I’ve had them here twice for plumbing issues and the first time I was charged more than double of what was estimated. They knew exactly what they were coming to do, which was replace the washing machine supply lines and drain and the box on the wall. The guy came without the parts, charged me $100 and said he has to order the parts and come back another time. He gave me an estimate which ended up being half of the end price. The second time , most recently I had 2 toilets that were getting plugged off and on. The guy came, looked in the back of one toilet, asked if we had any other drains where water is coming up (which we did not) and he determined we need 2 new toilets. He charged me $100, recommended the type of toilet to buy and left. We replaced the toilets ourselves, to the cost of $500 and ended up still having the same problem. So they did send their expert plumber out and in one minute with a snake type thing he had the clog cleared. There was nothing wrong with the toilets. There was a clog in the drain and I am very upset that they didn’t even try that very simple thing before telling me to buy two new toilets. When I spoke to the supervisor, she just said she has to stand behind her guys. And that this is their standard response to the problem I was having. I would not recommend them or use them ever again."

Michael was professional and didn't push me into purchasing anything I didn't need right away, which was appreciated. I feel like the workers went above and beyond and did the job in timely manner. Awesome experience!"

"Fantastic fast service. Was having issues with my furnace on a particular cold stretch. Was kind of work so felt bad calling someone out. The person I spoke to was super friendly and got a tech sent out within a few hours. He was fantastic and got things fixed no problem. Explained it was a common problem and ways to make sure it doesn't happen again."
