"Marshall is excellent! He is a technical genius, transparent, and easy to work with. Our kitchen was going through a mid-life crisis, and Marshall gave our kitchen a second life and saved us a ton of money! We were about to replace our downdraft and ice maker, because we were told they were beyond repair, but Marshall was able to fix what others could not or would not. Also, just around Thanksgiving, our oven broke down. Again, Marshall was there for us! Our oven broke down and Marshall found the problem that others had missed. "I called MAR on 7/28 to repair our freezer. The repairman was quick to come out and diagnose the problem, but it’s been almost 3 months since I originally contacted them and our appliance still isn’t fixed. We paid the fee for them to diagnose the problem, then they ordered the wrong part, and it’s been radio silence since they apparently ordered the new, correct part. Would not recommend."
"It was super easy to schedule a service tech over the phone to come check my leaking dishwasher. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, had great recommendations on new appliances due to the fact repairs would have cost about the same as a new dishwasher. Not pushy at all. Overall good experience."
