"I have called this leslies store several times in the last week to speak with someone and no one answers the phone. I work and cannot get to the store to ask about equipment in person during the hours they are open. I've tried multiple times in the same day, on different days, afternoon and morning. "To speak with an associate, push 0." I do that and it just rings and rings. No voicemail to leave a message and no one to answer the phone. Ridiculous. Poor business management. I would understand if it happened once, but it's happened on several days in the last wk."
"Today was the first time going into Leslie’s and it will be my last. I had my water tested to see what I needed and they gave me a printout. I had no idea where the chemical was in the store and it was pretty obvious because I was walking around trying to find what I needed. None of the 3 employees helped me. There was only one other person in the store and they didn’t ask him if he needed any help until he was already at the register with what he needed. I’ll go somewhere else to get my supplies."
