"We went with Pools123 as they were installing Leisure pools which is one of the strongest fiber glass pools in the market. Joey was our sales representative and was responsive and gave us all the details necessary for the purchase. The pool construction took a while, but the installation was completed in a weeks time roughly. The pool looks great, and we are eagerly awaiting warmer temperatures to start using it. Note for the customers is to clearly outline the construction process with the pool company. The digging etc. causes considerable damage to the yard. It is part and parcel of the construction process, but better to set those expectations up front. Some feedback for the installers is to use some protection for sprinkler valves, and set the water chemistry before handing the pool over as many of them are first time pool owners. Other than that, it has been a breeze. They work with you even after the pool is completed. I test Joey with occasional questions and he responds promptly and resolves the issue. Over all happy with the purchase and construction."

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and non-pressure. Jose the construction lead was awesome as well. Jose even called me and kept me informed of any and every potential delay, he even called me while he was sick to keep me updated. 5 stars for customer service. I also need to mention Adriana, Laura, Sammy, and Donovan (I hope I have his name correct). This team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Adriana & Laura made themselves available for any and all questions. My wife said that she has never met any as passionate about pools as Sammy.
