They were able to determine that mice have gotten into our attic. The plan was to put the bait down so they would go out and seek water, then they were able to make the repairs to the roof so they don’t come back. "In early 2019, raccoons managed to get inside and live in our attic after burrowing a hole in the soffit where it meets the roof. A friend of one of my sons recommended TKO Home Services (shout-out to Ryan and Tommy!) to help us fix the problem. By the time we were able to connect with TKO, the raccoons were gone. Nevertheless, TKO did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning the attic of the raccoon droppings, removing all old insulation in the attic, and blowing in new insulation. They fixed the hole, and also "creature-proofed" the roof vents. We were very impressed and satisfied by their job. Highly recommended!"
