"Please beware of the tax advance loans. If you decide you want to cancel it, they will tell you can but the manager told me I could not. She even told me to "just go ahead and file my taxes with them." That's completely to their advantage given the amount of fees! Ultimately, there is a lot of red tape to cancel. ( I went through so many phone numbers and on-hold calls). I'm lead to believe that they outright deceive people on purpose. Completely dishonest and unprofessional!"
