They are very kind and did a fantastic job on my dog!! They followed my instructions and his hair was so soft and he smelled so good. He was happy when I picked him up. "Claudia is absolutely amazing! I have used several groomers for my Great Pyrenees and Claudia is by far my favorite. My dog always looks amazing and her customer service is gold standard. She has gone above and beyond and even helped teach me several things about caring for a double coated dog like mine. Claudia and the other staff work extremely hard when grooming my baby, but they are always very pleasant when I pick him up and never make me feel like he was "too much work." I get my dog shaved to be able to keep him indoors in our RV. It's very obvious when listening to them speak that they absolutely adore animals and that is obviously extremely important when entrusting your pet with someone. I will not take my dog anywhere else. I can't recommend her enough! ❤"
