"I’ve been coming here for a few months now, maybe a little longer. But these ladies really care about their craft I will say that. They are so talented, kind, and welcoming but also upfront and transparent with expectations on your furbaby and what cut they can and cannot provide for your pup. Also if anything changes in the middle of the groom they will call and clear it with you. Their communication is just top tier and eases all anxiety. I know my dog is safe there which is the most important thing. They do magic with poodles so if you’re looking for someone to make your poodle (or any dog for that matter) show room ready. I would visit this shop! All smiles always leaving Scarletts!!!"
