After I was rear ended, I brought my car in to see if it was safe to be on the road while waiting for insurance. They made the adjustments needed to make my car safe to drive in the mean time which was very helpful. I would return to this company should I ever need a repair shop in the future. Great company"

"I unfortunately got a large area of damage on my truck’s clear coat when a mysterious liquid dripped onto my vehicle from the ceiling of the parking garage at work. I booked an estimate with Caliber. I was not very hopeful, but when I arrived, they took a look and drove my truck straight back into the shop. Twenty minutes later, they brought my truck back as good as new. They also did not charge me for the service. Anthony could not have been more helpful. They have certainly earned my business in the future."

"So I never been to an auto body/repair shop so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect other than my car was gonna get fixed. My service advisor was super friendly and always answered any questions I had. During the repair process he kept me up-to-date almost daily! Which is really nice because it helped me feel a little bit more at ease. The building is nice, tidy and well-kept. I really liked that they decorated during holidays, it made it feel less “cold” and more warm/inviting/personable. The process of getting a rental vehicle was pretty easy and straightforward too.
