"Had a terrible smell coming from upstairs bathroom and needed to see if my vent stack was clogged. The vent stack was located on the roof of my 2 story house. I probably called 15 different companies and nobody would get on my 2 story roof. I called Gravity Drain on Friday and they said they would do the job and could come on Monday. The 2 technician arrived on time with an advance notice by text on their way. They both got on my 2 story roof and went to work inspecting my vent stack. It was very evident that they were very proficient in their job and wanted to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly.
