"Told us they fix old cars, showed them the car, told us what was wrong with it, and they said they would fix it. They kept the car for 4 weeks and did nothing except replace a bearing without my consent then demanded well over $200 and said I'd have to have it towed immediately. All while being rude, especially the front desk woman. Do not bring your cars here."

We made an appointment days prior & then when we bring the SUV in before 8am she says they'll Try to work it in sometime today... they ended up keeping the SUV all day for a simple alignment that takes an hour & a half. What was the point of even having an Appointment? lol Not to mention the lady that answers the phone is down right RUDE."
