He was very friendly. I myself have been in the customer service sector for 36 years. After talking with Bryan I had no concerns about my car being repaired right. "The owner and his crew at this body shop are amazing people! This was my first time ever being in an accident and Bryan took the time out of his already busy day, to explain to me how everything works and how the process will go. They had no issues with me coming and looking at the vehicle while it was being repaired and would even explain what they were currently doing to the vehicle and show me everything. The work they did on my vehicle was absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did, last time I was this excited to see my vehicle was when I purchased it, and Real Mccoy had it looking better than new when I picked it up! Not only did they repair my vehicle back to brand new, they even paid attention to the little things, such as decals, stickers, etc. Those little details never even crossed my mind and I figured it would all just be removed and forgotten about. Bryan reached out to me and asked where I had purchased the decals from so they could put them back on because as he had mentioned in the conversation, “that’s what makes my vehicle special to me and makes it stand out.” I appreciated that so much! And even though I have a white vehicle, which can be tough to paint match, they did an amazing job with that too! "I had a friend on Facebook recommend Real McCoys after one of my neighbors kids tour part of the bumper off my car and messed up my quarter panel. I called and talked to Brian and he explained to me everything that needed to be done and he was a wonderful help. He gave me the name of a tow truck company and a phone number and they came and got my car and towed it up there for me. Then Brian and his team got to work on my car and 3 weeks later my car was ready. I asked them to go ahead and replace the driver side lock while they had it and they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond and they readjusted the front quarter panel that got struck by a deer a couple of years ago so that I could get my car door open all the way. I didn't even ask them to do that. It was also getting close to the time that I would have to have my car inspected and Emissions done so they went ahead and had that done for me while they had my car in the shop. They went above and beyond anything I ever expected and for that I appreciate them and I will definitely recommend them in the future to anyone who asks. Thank you so much brian.
