"Just Like the other bad reviews..they “banned” my non aggressive dog from grooming because he’s big basically. (They said he uses his weight against them) Since the moment we stepped into the appointment we knew something was coming bc of the groomer’s aggressive nature towards us and our dog. Putting complaints before even seeing my dog. Then she charged us for XL even though he’s right at the edge of the L. He’s still under 81lbs. I was already planning on not bringing him back due to her unprofessional behavior. Steer clear from here."
"I love here close to Katy Mills Mall one, groomer are really love dogs and take care ofy babies. and I don't know what they use, smell really good. better than PetSmart ( I use both depends on schedule)"

"We decided to give Petco grooming a chance only to encounter the same issues others have complained about! My husband brought my puppy in for his 1st haircut appointment. He was calm. They refused to even try to service him leaving us with an ungroomed puppy on the day we are taking pictures. I am highly disappointed with their lack of service and do not recommend them for grooming at all."
"We have brought our dog here 4 times now and LOVE IT! They are so caring and friendly. This last time we brought our dog in, I notice when I got home her nails were still a bit longer than I would prefer. No worries. Called and ask if they would fix them and they were incredibly polite about the whole experience. Our groomer, Cat, immediately took our dog and fixed it with no hesitation. We love this groomer so much! Thanks Cat!"
