"Will never go back after I called and emailed them about an issue (skin issue cause by being brushed) that was cause by their facility. They basically denied it and told us that our vet is a liar. I even said if they wanted us to go to a vet, they recommended I would so that I could prove that what our vet told us was, in fact, true. All they would say is we did nothing to your dog when the only place our pup had gone was the groomer and home. Now we have over a 200+ vet bill and over 3 weeks of medication for our little girl. On top of that, the grooming bill was higher than what was originally quoted. If i could have given them 0 stars, I would have!!"

"They did a great job grooming my poodle! She looks amazing, exactly what I had in mind! Keep in mind if your dog has a lot of mats, they will charge extra because it's more work for them. This is not a complaint. This is standard for many groomers and the fee was reasonable."

"(A little before and after.) I did not know she could get any cuter, but she did. She’s an outside dog and boy did they do an amazing job. She smells so good and her fur is so soft. It’s like I came back with a whole new puppy. Got her the Full Grooming and 11/10 would come back and recommend this place to anybody in east Houston. Good prices too."
