"I was really nervous when the disease that was going around about the dogs so I did not take my little Yorkie to get his hair cut for a long time Although I called them yesterday to ask if they had a separate room for each dog when they wait for their owners to pick them up since they do have individual grooming rooms. I decided to take a walk through with the owner. She’s extremely nice and very concerned with pets and making sure that they are in a very low stress environment as well as a healthy one. I do know that mobile grooming is another way to go but if you wanted to continue to have a personalized and some place to go, I would highly highly recommend the pet bar in Katy."
"All I can say is WOW!! JK I have so much to say. This place is by far the best grooming spa for dogs! The customer service was exceptional and Moose came out a new dog. They even dressed him up and took a Christmas picture of him!!"
"Great place. Mariela did a great job today with our dog. We went there for a grooming and she explained everything to us and asked our expectations. She did exactly what we wanted. She is very nice and we also got a Christmas photo of our dog after the grooming. I totally recommend this place. All staff are very nice and friendly. Marry Christmas!!!"
