"I was hoping this was a good groomer for our poodles. Unfortunately, they do not know how to cut poodles very well, even though they said they do poodles all the time. They left them very choppy and short. We weren’t happy at all. Really nice people and probably OK for boarding or daycare but grooming is a no for us. **Update to response below** :The pictures I posted here is of the work YOU GUYS did, not what I wanted or how they are usually groomed. You actually just proved my point, it is NOT the same cut. Far from it…. As I stated, I believe you guys really love working with animals and are probably very good when it comes to pet sitting but grooming poodles in particular, just no! You chopped my babies hair to pieces. Please don’t make it seem like this review is not valid. You did a horrible job and we didn’t like it. I have the right to let that be known without the excuses. You have a lot to learn when it comes to cutting this type of dog.I chose you guys because of the wonderful reviews but we will not be returning."
