Betty Boots Dog Grooming

"This is a neighborhood, small business and I have been going there to support local, small businesses. However, today was the last straw and I won't be going back. While she/they do a good job cutting my dogs hair, she (Rose I think) is super rude and unorganized. She has arbitrarily raised the price of my dogs cut 3 times in a row and stated today that "oh, that price must have been when we just opened"... The old bait and switch. My dog mats up over time. Simple as that and I don't have time or interest in brushing my dog every day. Hence the reason I take him to a groomer. I was insulted directly by her today saying the price went up this time because I am not taking good care of him. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WOW! Not how a business should run."

"I spoke with Betty directly for a week about grooming my dog. She told me about all of her experience and how well she was with dogs and then when my husband went to drop our dog off for her grooming Betty refused WITHOUT EVEN TRYING to groom our Shih tzu. She didn’t even touch or talk to our dog!! For no reason! She kicked my husband out. We waited for weeks for this appointment and are SO disappointed. Very unprofessional for someone to not even try to groom a dog and just completely refuse to groom her. This was even after I told her she does not bite and she will not nip you. She is a kind 2 year old dog. I highly recommend you look someone where else to have your dog groomed. Do not go here!!"
