"My dad takes our family dogs here on a pretty regular basis, so I decided to take my husband and I’s dogs to get their “stink” out. Both my big pups were greeted with love and care and taken in upon walk in. A few hours later I came to pick them up and they were SO soft and smelled amazing! On top of that they had cute little bandanas on them. Just a pleasant interaction overall with staff. They know what they’re doing and we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I have been taking my 4 dogs there for more than a year. At the beginning i did not see any problems, as we keep going my dogs will come with small scratches but did not see a big deal. Today my dog did not wanted to go in but I carry him and let them know what I wanted to be done to the dog. As i am there they search for my dog info they told me that on their notes said he bites!! I am quite in chock because I have taken him there and no one has mentioned that to me. So i told them I dont think that note is right and explain that is the first time i been told that, So they mentioned if he bites I will be charge extra, me confident of my dog did not see and issue so I said ok. As I was there they were working on another dog that was still but shaking a little not much. The lady was passing the machine by his tail and he was fine, then I hear her saying the dog is being difficult to the other worker and she put the face mask for dogs to not bite. I thought maybe that is normal they just put the mask for protection. So when I return they told me my dogs bites and they have to put the mask on him . And my bill just got higher, So now I am wondering is this just their excuse to charge more money. They have raise their prices, they have add prices, like the bite, and if you pass an hr from the time they call you, you get charge, and others that does not make sense. I was taking my 4 dogs there but now they have loose me as a client. I just can’t trust them anymore."

"We were on a last minute trip to San Antonio and my dogs needed their haircut really badly, and Wow Woof got us in the day we called. They were taking walk-ins, which was amazing for us. They were very friendly and kind, making sure we got the best haircut for the poodles. Audrey even got her nails painted purple! And they have options for perfume/cologne that you can choose for your pups if you like. They also sell really cute ties and bowties, as well as collars and harnesses. I would definitely take my pups here again when I'm in town."
