"Erica is such an amazing groomer. My pup’s first time visiting a groomer. My pup is very skittish as it is and as soon as we walked in Erica sat on the floor to introduce herself to my Luna and was able to make her feel comfortable and welcome. That made me feel great leaving my baby in her care. I’ve never experienced that with any other groomer for my previous dogs.
