"If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would. I was lied to on the phone when booking. I was told it was going to be one price and when my husband picked up our dog it was $20.00 more. My husband also paid before seeing our dog. When getting him in the car he was soaking wet! My husband went back and was told that they did all the services requested, which in fact there was no way they were. I ended up calling and the "manager" was very snarky on the phone with me. I will NEVER take my dog back there when they clearly do not even care about animals."

"I just want to say that every time we bring our Maltese Ellie here, the groomers do such an excellent job! I really do wish they had a doggie daycare there where dogs could play together but even though they don't we prefer them over Lucy's because of their skill when it comes to grooming the dogs. They don't use matting on one small part of your dog as an excuse to shave them down, but instead they work with your pet, and they are able to do a fantastic job each and every time! Keep up the great work!!!"
