"I am writing this review as a property owner. This is the first of my properties I have decided to rent out through a management company. I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing but Kelley Hickey was able to guide me through the process. Out of the three companies I interviewed Keyrenter had the highest monthly percentage charge but they did not have the fees and hidden costs of the other two companies. Kelley was very honest and transparent with me. We discussed the contract in great detail and I was comfortable signing it after discussing it with her. Derrick was the person who then took over and got my place rented very quickly. He was also very informative and transparent with me. I look forward to a good partnership with Keyrenter going forward. I will update my review at 6 months and then 1 year but so far the beginning stages of our relationship has been very good."

Sheila and I have worked together for almost 10 years on management of two high-end duplexes. She knows the contractors well and recommends those who regularly work with Key Renter.
