"We rented a 2 bedroom at the Tarrytown Flats. The apartment smells terrible, heavy mold smell and urine smell in the restrooms. When we contacted the management they told us to turn on the natural oil. We had pest control coming to spray their chemicals while we were cooking, the curtains were stuck and one of the TVs was not working. Bed sheet had a pee stain. Pros: good location and comfy bed."

"I recently stayed in an STR Management managed AirBnB. The following issues were present at the unit, and it should not have been rented out: 1. Roach droppings in the cabinets and on counters 2. Someone else's hair in the sheets, the sheets were not cleaned prior to our stay 3. Suspected black mold on all air conditioning vents, and ceiling 4. Malfunctioning air conditioning unit 5. Surfaces that haven't been wiped down or cleaned in an extended period of time We were unable to sleep in the unit the first night due to the failing air conditioner, and I've since broken out in a rash on my forehead/face due to whatever was coming out of the air vents. I wouldn't recommend this company to manage anything, and their canned automated responses are a sign that their standards are low. See pictures, I don't think they'll inspire you to work with this company. Find someone with standards."
