"I took my engagement ring to Zales twice to fix the bridge. Both times it broke again within 3 days. I took it to Kragh's and explained the problem. Seanna was so helpful and patient. She did explain that they jeweler was out and that she would need to check with him to see if he would be able to fix the bridge. I explained that they band not the head was the part I was attached to. Once that jeweler stated he could fix the bridge, Seanna helped me to design a new head. They turned the old head into a pendant for my granddaughter. I know have them most amazing ring and my granddaughter will have a beautiful necklace. Such amazing customer service and quality work."
"Went in with an idea for a custom wedding set, and Shawna (the custom designer) was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She gave helpful ideas, and was open to discussing any designs I had in mind. Throughout the process, I was updated and was kept well informed. My ring had a projected completion date of 2/3, and was completed early. Upon pickup I was greeted by all of Kragh’s employees, who were all beyond kind and excited to see my reaction to my ring. I am beyond pleased with the service and experience with this small business, and will be continuing to take mine and my family’s jewelry here."
