"Jonathan was extremely helpful in taking care of my maintenance issue. Showed up on time when he said he would, cleaned up afterwards and even went as far as to help out with my sprinkler system as well. Definitely five star service. Thanks again."

"I love Katy Property Management! They are always there to help out when I, as a renter, have an issue. We just had an issue where our toilet didn't want to cooperate and they had it fixed within a few days! It was a very smooth transaction."

"Hi Johnathan - my negative rating definitely pertains to the deposit return. I did not want to make a huge public issue of this or sling mud. Google actually recommends that if a business gets a negative review, you reach out and find the reason. Per my email to your office addressing each particular item that you listed, it would have been nice for your office to communicate that with us and confirm things, especially after we were such great tenants. Pre-existing damage (prior to us) is an issue here and some of those things we trusted your office since we had seen and discussed them prior to signing. Our mistake and we won’t let it happen again. Even your listing photos had shown certain damage. We would have appreciated the opportunity to hear from you in case of damage by movers so that could have been addressed in a timely manner. I won’t go back and forth with the things we didn’t like about KPM because I preferred to express myself in private through email instead of making a personal attack. Obviously we were caught off guard to receive nearly 1/5 of our deposit back. I think it would be difficult for you to assume we would be happy about that or think it was fair. On the other hand we really miss our wonderful neighbors and loved how much they appreciated the care we took of the home. In their words when they came to say goodbye before we left “the house has never looked better than when you guys lived here.”"

"They stole $998 from my deposit, after six years living in the house. We left everything clean, in out side and they charged me for a 8 years old storm door and 16 years old microwave door. This company just take care of them self. How do you expect that after 16 years, a house that has not been repaired. this as new. A storm door that does not have protection, due to inclement weather, it is normal for it to be damaged. when we entered the house six years ago. It was already installed and I told the owner to put a cover on it to prevent it from being damaged. We left the house painted with not holes and clean. even the carpet, which was 16 years old."
