"I've been living on this site for about 3 years. I paid my rent on the 1st day of each month and I have no debt. I said I would vacate at the end of the contract in February (March 24). Because I paid the March rent on the 4th of the month, they stupidly wrote me a letter saying that your lease has been canceled and vacate in 1 month. And they charged me a fine of 200 dollars under the name of delay. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT A HOUSE FROM THIS SITE.!!!"

"I’ve been living in this community for several years now. The public areas are well manicured and beautiful. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. Very well taken care of. Currently, they are modernizing the units as people vacate and they are gorgeous! The leasing office is A+, always attentive to the needs of the residents. Always willing and caring. Maintenance Team: simply the best. Prompt, cordial, knowledgeable, kind and super respectful. I love this community. It might not be perfect, but they try very hard. Thank you for all you do for your tenants!"
