"The best parts of living on this property, for the past 9+ years, are being able to trust both Karen Robertson, the Property Manager, and Manuel, the Maintenance Manager. They are both good people who care about those who live here and who care about doing their jobs to the best of their ability. In addition, the apartment I have is large and bright with lots of sunshine coming through the huge windows. I enjoy my two painted walls which add color to my rooms. Painted walls have never been an option at other properties where I have lived and it's so nice to have something besides all white walls. The property itself has changed some over the years with different owners, but Karen and Manuel bring the stability and "home feeling," just the same. If I need them, I know they'll be quick to help. Rental properties are only nice when residents take pride in them. Thankfully, I have had neighbors who appreciate a clean, pretty, quiet place to live."

"I lived there for three years and so many things went wrong. I had my tub resprayed because the paint was coming off and the people who did it over sprayed and it got all over my bedroom furniture and stuff in my closet. They offered me $50 gift card and a poor excuse of a clean. No apologies or anything. The tub wasn't even done well something feel in/ on it and made a mark that scratched you. There was water damage/ marks all over my sons celling in his room and all they could do is paint over it. The upstairs neighbors washer connection broke/ disconnected and flooded their apartment and leaked into mine. They said they knocked on the door but since i want home i was not informed. I walked into my unit at 9:00 pm to a wet and soggy floor and a sagging ceiling. They have no issue calling you about anything else but something that was important. The water leaked from the ceiling in the master room and was sprayed all over the room by the ceiling fan. I ruined a phone, ps4, tv, furniture, mattress, cricket machine, and more. NOTHING came from that at all. I am having to go through my insurance. I had to basically start over with my room. Thousands of dollars. Gates are never working and my car got broke into twice. And lastly the roaches the last two months we were there was discussing. All the renovations going on around us made them move elsewhere. No amenities besides a pool but you want to charge an arm and a leg for rent. it was cheaper for me to move than renew with them. besides all that the maintenance team was always there for whatever needing repairs."

"Safe community, top tier customer service, cozy upgraded unit, nice outdoor spaces. Friendly neighbors and even friendlier staff. I left the last load of belongings from my old house in the car overnight and no one bothered my car. Ample parking and clean outdoor areas. I'm extremely pleased!"

"My family moved here about 2 months ago and it has been wonderful! The office staff have been so kind and have gone over and beyond to make us feel at home. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained from the inside to the outside. Maintenance workers are also very friendly and always willing to give a hand. I highly recommend Sutton Apartments to anyone who is looking for great price with clean, peaceful living."
