"I came up from out of state to visit family and had a bit of a scare when one of my dogs swallowed a burdock burr. Voice at the other land of the line was able to assist me over the phone, and even gave me an emergency phone number to call, just in case....We got home safe and Phineas was fine! Emergency averted.
